About Filmsbókin
Filmsbókin is a public overview of film professionals and companies working with film production in the Faroe Islands. The Faroese Film Institute owns and manages the directory and has developed the directory. Feedback can be sent to the Faroese Film Institute at ffi@ffi.fo.
Our purpose
The purpose is to make the Faroese film industry more visible and make it easier to assemble the right production teams, and:
- to give producers a clear overview of skills and services;
- to give film professionals and companies a shared place to present their work;
- to strengthen connections between Faroese and international film production.
A living directory
Film professionals and companies can create and update their information. The Faroese Film Institute approves content before publication so that the directory remains reliable and current.
